• Commercial and Residential Cleaning

1.1 Service Appointments

• Customers must schedule services in advance via phone, email, or website.

• Appointments are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

1.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Same-day cancellations may incur a service charge.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Prices vary based on service type and scope.

• A quote will be provided before service is performed.

• Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept credit/debit cards and other electronic payments; we are a cashless business.

• Late payments may be subject to fees.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate information when scheduling services.

• Customers must ensure access to the property at the agreed-upon service time.

• The Magical Clean is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions in carpets, flooring, walls, or other areas.

4. Liability & Limitations

• While we take great care in our work, The Magical Clean is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items improperly secured by the customer.

• Customers must remove valuables, breakables, and other fragile items before service begins.

• In case of disputes, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

• We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our work, notify us within 24 hours, and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

• Refunds and re-cleaning services are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. SMS & Communication Policy

6.1 Message Frequency

• Users will receive messages periodically based on service updates and promotions.

• Message frequency may vary but will generally be limited to weekly notifications.

6.2 Opt-Out Policy
